We’ll also include a basketball for your pleasure (a b-ball court is on the other side of the river, about a ten-minute walk away).
The apartment is two blocks away from a luscious green recreational trail along the Yanunkay River, perfect for walking, running or cycling. You’ll have a a bakery, three minimarket stores and three pharmacies within walking distance. And a well-stocked supermarket is just a block and a half away!
Some additional amenities for your everyday needs include a space heater, an ironing board and clothes iron, a hair dryer, as well as an umbrella. The building has two elevators, so you won’t have to worry about climbing the stairs.
